The agency needed to re-engage 200 former clients with a structured 9-touch sequence over 28 days. Built manually, a Salesforce admin would burn 2 to 3 weeks assembling the campaign object, loading members, building four email templates, scheduling 1,800 individual tasks with weekend adjustment, plus six reports and a tracking dashboard.

A Northeast Staffing Firm
